Header Tags – Header tags are used to define HTML headers. defines the largest title and defines the smallest title. Header tags are web page summaries that highlight important information to users. Are those areas on the web page closed with title tags. for example: Position Masters (heading tags vary in weight (size and density) depending on the nature of the heading or subheading, ie, H1,2,3,4. They are part of the HTML language.

Alt Tags – The text that accompanies the image. If the user has a browser set to not display images, or is using a screen reader, they will rely on this text to tell them what the image is. The text can be viewed when you move the mouse over the image, or read in the context of a screen reader. This is especially important if you have a website with a lot of images. Since Search Engines read text and code with Alt Tags they are important so that Search Engines can pick up what the image is and will add to the keyword density in the source code.
