Treatments For Back Acne Part 4 – The 4 Cornerstones of ‘Natural’ Back Acne Remedies
In the previous article in this series I revealed ten simple but powerful tips to get rid of acne breakouts. By adopting these strategies as your first step towards an acne-free back you are now ready to start treating acne with the knowledge that these things will not undermine your efforts.

As such the next step in your journey to fine-tune your back acne treatment regimen involves exploring the many ‘natural’ home remedies available.
Now if you do a quick search on the internet for natural acne treatments you will come across countless sites all claiming to have a magic bullet to cure acne. The problem… all these sites are NOT promoting the same natural cure! Which tells you that there is no magic bullet. However, the fact that there is no single natural treatment available to treat all acne breakouts does not mean that natural treatments do not work. In contrast, many people with acne have found that by combining two or more natural treatments their acne has improved significantly, if not completely cleared up.
In an effort to simplify your review through the background of the acne-remedy jungle let’s break it down into four broad categories. If you’re skeptical about the acne-clearing benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet, my strong advice to you is to explore anti-inflammatory foods and give yourself a chance. If you follow any of the popular anti-acne methods to the letter the chances are very high that you will experience improvement.
Cornerstone #2– Anti-inflammatory supplements: To enhance the beneficial effects of our anti-inflammatory diet the use of powerful anti-inflammatory supplements is highly recommended. Some supplements that have been shown to improve acne breakouts include alpha-lipoic acid, omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and zinc.

Cornerstone #4– Anti-inflammatory lifestyle habits: Cortisol is a natural hormone found in our body and is produced in response to stress. In short high concentration helps us to deal with stress.
