In an effort to help ourselves, we enter all kinds of weight loss programs, but after wards we find that we gain weight after a few days to weeks. Some women are still trying to lose weight gained as a result of a pregnancy that occurred 5 or more years ago. Some have completely stopped losing weight after trying ‘heaven and earth’ to lose weight after giving birth. My friend who has the above diary asked me one day and said, “Peo, can this be successful?” Before I answer this question, let’s look at the cause of weight gain with hope. that will help us understand why it is so hard to lose it afterwards.

Pregnancy

During pregnancy, women develop all kinds of desires. It can be any kind of food at any time of the day. Let’s start with Balance. Many women, in an attempt to lose weight, go into extreme weight loss plans that can be dangerous, such as ‘one meal a day (like my friend we looked at in his diary above), ‘no carbs’, ‘only fruits. diet,’ vigorous exercise. Eating a meal a day will mean you will be hungry all day. Also, you need the energy you get from carbohydrates. So a ‘no carbohydrate’ diet is not wise to start with. Exercising with extreme intensity can break down your muscle cells which in turn release substances that can clog your kidneys quickly (this is in extreme cases). The key to this is a healthy balance of both diet and exercise. You can start like this: eat 3 healthy meals (no excess salt like junk food, no processed food) small/medium a day and exercise 5 times a week (an hour and a half per session) not vigorously. You will be surprised at how much weight will come off. If at any time of the day, you feel like eating something between your meals, you can eat an apple. It is low in calories and has fiber in its skin which is healthy for you and does not cause weight gain. If, however, you want to lose a lot of weight (especially belly fat) and maintain your weight loss, you need to increase your body weight.

Optimizing means creating an environment in your body that will allow your naturally occurring fat burning hormone to work. In other words, putting your body in a position that will allow the fat burning hormone to work. This hormone is called leptin and the big part is that women have twice as much leptin as men.
