Skin Wrinkles Anti Aging Treatment Options

Is it possible to interfere with the natural progress against the appearance of your skin? Well, you can do that if you know how. You can easily restore your skin’s texture and tone to look many years younger than your actual age.

There are various anti-aging treatment options that one can easily use to correct those blemishes, facial contours and emotional lines. You can also quickly and easily tighten sagging skin with the best anti-aging treatment. Naturally, people lose skin elasticity and thus attractiveness as they age. These effects are caused by reduced cell division, harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun and environmental pollution.

Some people can protect themselves from UV rays by wearing sunscreen; however, these can protect a small fraction of the exposed skin. This makes it necessary to look for other anti-aging treatments to improve the appearance of the skin. There are natural methods that a person can use and there are also medical procedures that help correct skin defects due to age or environmental effects.

You can keep your skin healthy, glowing, hydrated and all that by using natural skin care creams made from nature. Such creams abound in the cosmetic market and often include ingredients such as Nanobelle Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin A, Cynergy TK, and honey. These skin care ingredients improve the skin’s respiration, lubrication, texture, and tone.

They also stimulate the production of collagen which makes the skin firmer and more flexible for expansion and contraction. Most of these products are available over the counter without a prescription. However, it is always recommended to get them from reliable suppliers. This measurement is taken to ensure that you are not only getting your money’s worth but also avoiding products that could lead to negative results.

Apart from natural skin treatments, you can go for clinical methods such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermabrasion. These clinical procedures are known to be very effective in skin rejuvenation. However, they can be more expensive than creams and may carry side effects.

How to choose the best anti aging cream

You can decide to continue exercising and eating a carefully selected diet and stay happy to lead a long and healthy life. But it gets determined when although the spirit and the bones still seem strong, the appearance of the skin is greatly reduced. This is when you may need to get a ‘face lift’ to stay strong, happy and beautiful.

There are many skin-enhancing products that a person can get to improve their appearance by smoothing out wrinkles and firming up those soft areas. Since there is a growing demand of people looking for cosmetic products to stay young, the beauty market has seen a flood of different products that claim to be anti-aging. However, one should be more careful when stepping into the cosmetics market to choose the best anti aging cream.

It can be a demanding process to choose the best anti aging cream; however, it is easy when the needs of a high quality skin care solution are known. You can know about the latest wrinkle removal and body tightening products in the market by checking online at websites that regularly update the same. You can also look at customer reviews to get a better picture of which products are the best and how people feel about them.

Now, because some online platforms may come out with the intention of promoting a particular manufacturer it is important to know the formula that makes a good skin wrinkle remover or skin enhancer. The list of ingredients contained in the product and their concentration level is always on the product label and packaging so you can easily check.

So, what ingredients should you look for in a skin care solution? A good skin care product that is good for removing wrinkles and firming the skin should contain skin rejuvenating ingredients like alpha hydroxy acids, salicylic acids, and omega 3 fatty acids among others. These products are effective in exfoliating the skin and reducing skin pigmentation that makes the skin look old and dull.

These compounds are often present alongside other nutritional extracts such as vitamin A, vitamin K, and honey. Essentially, collagen-promoting ingredients are also included in the skin care formula. Remember, one form of the product does not contain all the ingredients mentioned above so you may need a few bottles.

Baby Spitting Up After Switching From Breastmilk To Formula Working With Colic and Postpartum Depression

You are searching about Baby Spitting Up After Switching From Breastmilk To Formula, today we will share with you article about Baby Spitting Up After Switching From Breastmilk To Formula was compiled and edited by our team from many sources on the internet. Hope this article on the topic Baby Spitting Up After Switching From Breastmilk To Formula is useful to you.

Working With Colic and Postpartum Depression

Colic is characterized by constant crying that usually lasts 3 hours or more a day, and several hours at night for no apparent reason. Have you checked all the obvious things, diapers, is the baby hungry? Too hot? So cold? Fever? Tooth extraction? Ears? No matter what you do, the baby is uncomfortable, and often spits up a little after nursing. Then the crying started. You try to walk the child, sometimes it helps, but not for long. Eventually, when you are tired of crying, your baby will fall asleep in your arms. All the while anxiety levels rose to unbearable levels.

You take the baby to the doctor, and after a thorough examination, the diagnosis is colic. The doctor says not to worry, it usually clears up in about 3-4 months. Sound familiar? Well, actually 3-4 months if you’re lucky. In some cases it lasts more than a year. In my case, my sons colic continued for 9 months. If your baby is really having a hard time, this can seem like a life sentence to parents. So, what do you do? Finding what works for your child may take a little time, but it’s worth the effort. I tried to stop eating, since I was a nurse. After three months, I switched to powdered milk. Tried different formulas, different meal schedules, different gas relief bottles, nothing worked. Here’s the good news: There are age-tested remedies that are effective and safe for children.

Here’s what I wish I knew then: Babies have small stomachs and mucus. This means that it can be difficult for them to digest food. The school of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has long thought that overfeeding a baby can cause colic, and that nursing or formula milk should be put on the schedule. It is fed every 3 1/2 hours, while gradually reducing the amount of food to 1/3 less at each feeding. This makes sense to me, as it will put less stress on an already affected digestive system. This is a good reason not to introduce solid food to the baby before 6 months of age. I also recommend not introducing spicy or complex foods until the child is between 7-8 years old. It is not until then that their digestive system is fully developed.

There are TCM doctors who specialize in Pediatric Chinese Medicine, and they have a lot to offer in the areas of colic and postpartum depression. These doctors who are legally trained in herbology can treat your child in a specific case of colic with effective herbal remedies. I would personally recommend picking up a copy of Bob Flaws’ book, “Keeping Your Child Healthy with Chinese Medicine: A Parent’s Guide to the Care and Prevention of Common Childhood Illnesses.” He has done a lot of work in this area for over 30 years, with great results, and is a great resource. You can contact the School of Chinese Medicine in your area, or here in Boulder, Colorado, 303-581-9955.

But what if your baby is on the thin side, or a baby who feels like he can’t keep his food down, so what? There are many herbal remedies to help babies digest their food (formula or breast milk), to relieve symptoms that cause discomfort. Even toddlers can benefit greatly from these. In recent years of discussing this with parents, I have heard many stories about how these medications work, and basically saved them months of pain. Two remedies I can recommend are Ibaba and Gripe Water. You can find many versions of these in health food stores, or online.

Advice for moms: It will get better, I promise, but it may take a while. Get Help. I can’t stress enough how important it is to get support from family and friends, your doctor, or other moms who have been through it. You are not alone here, and there is a lot of help out there. Keep your partner involved as much as you can, and try to be patient with them, as they may know little about what you are going through. Take a break during the day just to be away for a while to regroup. Leave the baby with your partner, grandmother, or best friend for a while when you get a breather, at least 30 minutes a day. This is the key to regaining your strength, in order to care for a sick child. Try talking to a doctor or nurse about it, they can be very supportive.

Postpartum depression (also treatable with traditional medicine) can be accompanied bycolic, as it did in my case. When your hormones are rebalanced, your body adjusts to nursing, things can be difficult. Lack of sleep can lead to deep depression, confusion and anxiety. Call your doctor if you feel better. I was scared, the depression was deep, and I cried all the time. No one seemed to be able to help me with it. I finally decided to talk to a doctor. I called him, and I cried a lot, and explained how scared I was. My depression had reached unbearable levels, I was worried and scared that I wouldn’t be able to handle this anymore.

Here is what he said:

“Clea…Are you getting out of bed?” I said, “Yes”

“Doing your daily chores, cooking, and washing?” I said, “Yes”

“Do you take care of yourself and the children?” I said, “Yes”

He said after a long time…

“I think you are doing well.”

I said, “Really…how do you know that? I’m really scared, and this is so hard…”

He went on to explain, “You shouldn’t have called. Your husband or a family member will call me and say, ‘He can’t get out of bed or do his daily chores. This is where I start to worry. ” This helped me realize that I was doing well, that postpartum depression was a normal part of parenting. She reassured me that the baby would get better.

But a colicky baby and a mom with postpartum depression can be difficult, especially if you have another baby in the house to take care of. Get the help you need, it’s available. Working through colic and postpartum depression is hard, you’re not crazy, and you’re not alone.

When I share stories with other moms who have survived a slow baby or a green baby, we often get teary-eyed as we walk down memory lane. For me, I was ashamed to admit when something was difficult to handle. I didn’t want the whole world to think I couldn’t handle it. Colic and postpartum depression are common occurrences in a parent’s life, so getting help is the best thing you can do for yourself, your baby and your family.

Five Characteristics of Successful Distributors

Network marketers should invite people to community meetings in hotels or living rooms and hand out company literature. Salesmen used to be great storytellers. You need to be a dynamic, engaging and passionate storyteller to be a leader. The personal computer introduced ordinary people to a powerful world, which they had previously denied access to. People are allowed to work harder and do more. But it took time before the computer made a difference in the network marketing industry.

Here are five characteristics of successful broadcasters:

1. They are the products of their products.

It is very important to your success in business that you are the product of the product and have a simple explanation of why you use the product and why others should use the product. Personal testimonials are also very good if you have them. Just getting to know your product and business. You have to believe in your product and be passionate about it. The product that helped build the business was when people had amazing results in the product.

2. Know your why and have a plan.

This is the reason and the business plan. This is creating your reason (for your chosen business) and developing your business plan. You need to understand that you only get paid when people buy your product or service and you can create your own business plan. Once you understand the formula for this you can develop your plan now. Every month make a new plan and always put your reason at the top of the page. Then write down all the search methods you will use this month. At the bottom of the page at the end of the month, put the results. It will let you know exactly how your business is doing, what is working and what is not.

3. Be a student.

The simple truth is that success leaves traces and you can learn from your mistakes or the mistakes of others. In network marketing like any other ever-changing business, what worked 10 years ago doesn’t mean it still works today. With technology changing the way things are done, things that worked yesterday don’t always work today. Network marketing is constantly changing so you need to stay updated so you don’t get left behind.

4. Allow resources to sell.

Multiplication business, every person who supports 1 person per month or the power of 2 if everyone will support 2 people per month by the end of the year you will have more than 500,000 people in your organization. This bus is about more people doing less and not the other way around. All you have to do is point people in the right direction and let the tools give them the information they need to make an informed decision.

A great way to help develop these skills is to:

  • To read
  • Pointing
  • To inform
  • To tell a story

5. Don’t give up.

These are the most important qualities of a successful salesperson. Most high earners got off to a bad start. Most of them took 12-36 months to build six figures a year or more. Almost every company has someone who makes a lot of money and some people always blame the company or the product for their failure.

At What Time Is The Formula 1 Race Tomorrow Music Theory – An Introduction to Modes

You are searching about At What Time Is The Formula 1 Race Tomorrow, today we will share with you article about At What Time Is The Formula 1 Race Tomorrow was compiled and edited by our team from many sources on the internet. Hope this article on the topic At What Time Is The Formula 1 Race Tomorrow is useful to you.

Music Theory – An Introduction to Modes

There are quite a few misconceptions about modes and how they work. Much of the confusion comes from the word “mode” itself, since it implies more of a reference to another scale than an actual scale in its own right. We’ve all heard, or read, and half understood, that modes are based on this or that scale (usually the major scale), and that all you need to do is play from a certain degree (note) up or down the scale one octave to the same note and you get the mode in question. And, of course, when you tried it, you didn’t hear any difference so you gave up!

The problem with this over-simplification (though technically it is true) is that it overlooks the most important aspect of modes and possibly of music itself: context! If you are playing over a C drone or C major chord progression, and your ear hears C major, you can play E Phrygian or F Lydian (two modes “based” on the C major scale) until you’re blue in the face, but you’ll never hear anything but a C major sound (see Ex. 1)! Context is everything: if you play, over that same C drone, a C Lydian or C Phrygian scale (mode) then you definitely will hear a change and a different flavor(see Ex. 2). Sometimes the flavor change is slight and sometimes it’s radical! Ex.1: C Major, E Phrygian, F Lydian over a C drone: The C major sound is unbroken even though E phrygian and F Lydian are being played

Ex 2: C Phrygian, C Mixolydian, and C Lydian over a C drone: You should hear three distinct flavors

Static versus Changing Harmonies

In this article we won’t be dealing with modes in the context of jazz or changing harmonies. We’ll be concentrating on static or “modal” harmonies. This means that even though there may be more than one chord, the harmony, or mode, or key center will stay the same (or in the case of a drone: neutral).

The reason for this is that in non-modal jazz there’s usually a quick succession of chords and changing key centers, and modes in this context just fly by, making it difficult to feel or hear any kind of flavor or get any kind of appreciation of the mode. Plus modes in this traditional jazz context are often just a means of playing the right notes (playing in) or playing “wrong” notes( playing dissonant or purposely playing “wrong” notes) over a given chord.

By taking our time and playing over static modal harmonies, or just a drone, we’ll be able to hear and eventually recognize the different flavors of each mode.

Scale or Mode?

I won’t be making any difference between scale and mode because they are virtually the same thing. For all intents and purposes: any mode is also a scale (sort of like the particle/wave duality of light ); and any scale could be considered a mode of another related scale. For the moment, the goal is to try and simplify things and cut away some of the jargon.

A Few Basics

Ideally, this article’s aim is to be a « no nonsense » approach to modes, without there being too much technical stuff or theory. And while the attempt was made to try and make it as straightforward as possible, there are, of course, a certain number of basic things you probably need to know.

To play the scales (modes) that are given here in E, you need know nothing other than where the notes are found on your instrument. But if you want to transpose them to other keys (something you should learn to do) you’ll need to know something about intervals, or at least know the difference between a half-step and a whole-step. Since the modes we’ll be dealing with are related to the major scale, it’s a good idea to learn how a major scale is constructed, if you don’t already know.

The Formula for a Major Scale is as Follows:

Ascending: Root (any note) + WS + WS + HS + WS + WS + WS + HS (and you should end up an octave above the starting note)

WS = whole-step, HS = half-step (for a guitarist or bassist, HS = 1 fret, WS = 2 frets)

If you follow this formula you’ll get a major scale. A major scale has the following intervals within it (all related to the root):

Between root and second note: Major 2nd

Between root and third note: Major 3rd

Between root and fourth note: Perfect 4th

Between root and fifth note: Perfect 5th

Between root and sixth note: Major 6th

Between root and seventh note: Major 7th

In the key of C Major : C D E F G A B C

In the key of E Major : E F#G# A B C# D# E

When I speak about how each of the modes differs from the major scale I’ll be making reference to these intervals.

Once you understand these intervals and how modes are constructed, you should then be able to transpose these scales, to any other key (tonal center). Or, of course, if you’re a bassist or guitarist you could just take the easy way out and move the fingerings up or down the neck. But this won’t help you in the long run.

Important Points:

The mode examples: Throughout this article I’ve used E as the tonal center. The reasons for doing so are twofold:

1. It’s important to get away from the key of C and the strong associations and confusion of the modes in this Key (especially for keyboardists). We often see the diatonic modes of C major listed one after the other in diagrams. And when we play them in order (starting with C major), we’ve already got the C major sound in our head and so we don’t hear the mode being played, just more of C Major! Therefore the crucial element for each mode, context, is lost.

2. By putting the examples in E, I’m hoping that it will be easier for Guitarists and Bassists to use their low E string as a drone while they play the scales/modes on top of it (It won’t make any difference to keyboardists). This will come in handy when no other drone source is available.

The Progressions: As stated above, everything depends on context, and Rhythm, especially harmonic rhythm (an oft neglected topic) plays a crucial role in musical context. These progressions need to be played in such a way (rhythmically) that there will be no doubt about the tonal center. This doesn’t necessarily mean starting on the I chord (though this is often the case), but you should at all times feel the tonal center (in this case E) and should always hear this tonal center as being the final resting place of the piece/improvisation, even if you choose “not” to end on the I chord (Tonic).

Bass Drone : The chord progressions given here can (and should) all be played with, in this case, an E bass/drone on the bottom. So if, for example, I say in E Lydian, a typical progression is E – F# – E, you should also try it as E – F#/E (F# with an E in the bass) – E. It’s even preferable at this stage to play it like that since it will give you even a stronger feeling for the flavor of the mode, and will give you new ideas for chords with different bass notes other than their roots.

About Chords In a Given Scale/Mode: This is very important because you need to know which chords are native (diatonic) to which mode so you don’t play any chords that are outside the scale. I won’t be going into how these chords are derived for the moment because it involves a little more theory than I have space for in this article. I’ll be dealing with this theme at a latter time. For the moment, try transposing the given chord progression examples into other keys.

Phrygian

In this first part we’ll be dealing with three of the diatonic modes: Phrygian, Lydian, and Mixolydian. “Diatonic” just means that they share the same notes as the Major scale (which can also be considered a mode: Ionian). I suggest taking your time with each mode before jumping on to the next one. Too much information kills information! Once you start to feel comfortable with them you can mix them up and play one after the other to get a feeling for each of them.

I also strongly suggest recording yourself (or someone else) playing the different modes, and see if you can tell which mode is being played back…hearing is crucial!

Phrygian

Phrygian is one of the scales that differs the most from the basic major scale. For the moment you don’t need to know that Phrygia was a kingdom of Anatolia or other interesting historical stuff. It should be mentioned, however, that Phrygian is the third mode (of the major scale; starting on the third scale degree of a major scale). Even though I’ve said it’s necessary to see each mode as a separate entity, it is important to remember that these diatonic modes are related to each other.

The Phrygian mode has the following formula: 1, b2, b3, 4, 5, b6, b7, when compared to the starting pitch’s major scale (e.g. E Phrygian compared to E major). It has a minor triad (chord) as its tonic (though cadences will often end on a major chord…, more on that below).

So E Phrygian is: E F G A B C D E (related to C Major)

Compare with E Major: E F# G# A B C# D# E

What you should try to hear, and keep in mind, is that the characteristic note (or interval) of Phrygian is especially the b2 (in this case, F) but also the b7 (D) and b3 (G, which makes it a “minor” mode). Try to get that sound in your ear. The b2 b3 b7 Phrygian flavor is quite easy to recognize. You might say it sounds spanish, or medieval, or gypsy, oriental…whatever! The thing is, you’ve heard this sound before, you recognize it and now you should try to recognize it every time you hear it and therefore see it for what it is: Phrygian.

Play around with the scale until it becomes familiar. Keep a low E drone going as you improvise with it, or try to find melodies. Then try going in and out of it by playing E major for a little while and then E Phrygian. Listen and “feel” how they differ…this is important. You need to get this sound into your ear and your musical vocabulary.

Progressions in E Phrygian

An important thing to note about Phrygian progressions is that they often end (cadence) or start on a major chord/triad. Since this major triad isn’t in the mode itself (b3 becomes natural 3), if you’re soloing you might have to alter that note, and this momentarily gives you another scale (a harmonic minor scale or what some people call a Phrygian dominant scale or Spanish gypsy scale). I won’t go into this scale here, but it’s a nice one to play around with (often heard in flamenco/Spanish style music).

Typical Chords:

Just as there are characteristic notes or intervals in each mode, there are also characteristic chords and chord progressions in each mode. In Phrygian the characteristic chord is, of course, the major flat II (F major chord in E Phrygian) and also the minor flat VII (D minor in E Phrygian). To a lesser extent the major flat III (G major in E Phrygian) and the minor IV (A minor in E Phrygian) are also quite characteristic when used in the same progression.

Some typical progressions in E Phrygian are:

  • A min – G – F – E(min or usually Maj)
  • E(min or usually Maj) – F(maj7) – E(min or usually Maj)
  • Dmin – E(min or usually Maj)
  •
    Pieces in Phrygian:

    • Pink Floyd – “Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun”
    • The “Ben-Hur Theme” (the melody is in Phrygian while the chords go in and out of Phrygian)
    • A lot of Flamenco/spanish music (though, as stated before, the cadences on the major Tonic (I chord) alter the scale and therefore it’s not a pure Phrygian)
    • Led Zeppelin – “Kashmir”: The end Progression (G min to A) is a typical Phrygian progression
    • Jefferson Airplane – “White Rabbit” (in E Phrygian except for the fleeting Bb chord)
    • Björk- “Hunter” (with major Tonic) and “I’ve seen it all”
    • Massive Attack – “Future Proof” (with major Tonic)

    Lydian

The Lydian scale only differs from a major scale by one note, but this note is so characteristic of Lydian’s flavor that it makes all the difference. This flavor, and difference, comes from the #4. In a major scale the 4th is a perfect 4th from the tonic, and therefore the introduction of the #4, though not radical in itself, gives a new flavor to the scale, transforming it from a normal Major to Lydian.

    E Lydian: E F# G# A# B C# D# E (that’s a lot of sharps and is relative to B major)

    Compare with E Major: E F# G# A B C# D# E (note the A natural)

As with Phrygian, play around with this mode and try to get it into your ear. It’s interesting and useful to alternate it with E major. You need to hear the difference that the #4 makes. Get a Low E drone happening and alternate between the two. After a while try the E Phrygian too.

    Progressions in Lydian:

Progressions in Lydian are also very characteristic of the Lydian sound. Many people have tried describing this sound with words like “airy” “magical” or “wondrous” etc. etc., and all cinema composers have used it to these ends, but the best thing, once again, is to hear it and make the connection for yourself.

    Typical Chords

The characteristic chords of Lydian are the ones that contain the #4. These include: the major II chord (F# major in E Lydian) and to a lesser extent the min VII (D# min in E Lydian) and the V maj7 chord (Bmaj7 in E Lydian).

Some Typical Progression in E Lydian:

    • E – F# – E (as mentioned above, try keeping the E in the bass over all chords)
    • Emaj7 #11 vamp
    • E – Bmaj7 – E
    • E – D#m(7) – E

    Pieces in Lydian:

    • “Maria” and many other pieces from “West Side Story”
    • Sting – “When we dance”: has a very clear example in the melody of major going to Lydian
    • Led Zeppelin – “Dancing Days”: the opening riff is Lydian (After that it’s in Phrygian until the A major chord)
    • John Williams – E.T. theme and countless other movie moments and themes
    • The Simpsons TV Theme

    Mixolydian

Mixolydian is the 5th diatonic mode, and like the Lydian mode, only differs from the Major scale by one note. This note (b7 – D natural in E) is also sufficient to give a strong characteristic flavor to the Mixolydian sound. This Mixolydian sound has a very Renaissance or Celtic flavor to it. This is because it was/is prevalent in these styles. Also Indian music, uses this scale quite often (as it does numerous others) and therefore it’s possible to get an Indian raga type flavor out of it (especially if you omit the 2nd (F# in E) and the 6th (C# in E).

    E Mixolydian: E F# G# A B C# D E (related to A major)

    Compare with E Major: E F# G# A B C# D# E

Once again, get an E drone going and play around with the scale. Try giving it a celtic or renaissance type rhythm to see if can you hear the connection. The characteristic notes here are the major third (G#) and above all the flat 7 (D).

    Typical Chords:

The characteristic chords of Mixolydian are those that include the b7. These are: the flat VII chord (D major in E Mixolydian) and the minor V (B min(7) in E Mixolydian).

    Typical progressions in E Mixolydian:

    • E – D – E (like before, try keeping an E in the bass at all times)
    • E – Bmin(7) – E

    Pieces in Mixolydian:

    • Holst – “The Planets” – “Jupiter”: The famous theme starting at measure 108
    • Simply Red – “Holding Back the Years”
    • Countless Renaissance and Celtic Pieces
    • Sting – Intro to “I Was Brought To My Senses”
    • Beatles – “Tomorrow Never Knows” (not all notes are used so it can be argued that it’s not truly mixolydian)
    • Beatles -” Got To Get You Into My Life” (The A section)
    • Beatles – “Norwegian Wood” (A section)
    • Spinal Tap Movie – “Stonehenge” section: the melody played on the mandolin 😉
    • Michael Jackson – “Don’t Stop ’till You Get Enough”
    • Jimi Hendrix – “Third Stone from the Sun”: the main melody is in E mixolydian

Conclusion

The modes presented here are just 3 out of the 7 diatonic modes. Two of the other 4 should already be familiar to you. They are: Ionian, which is nothing more or less than the major scale; and Aeolian, which is the minor (natural) scale. This leaves: Dorian, which is very similar to the natural minor scale, and Locrian, which is probably one of the least used scales/modes in music (except maybe to solo over certain chords) .

For the moment, you should concentrate on these three modes, and make sure you learn and hear them well before moving on to other stuff. Just like with other aspects of music, you need to build strong foundations. Learning too many scales at a time will only ensure that you play none well.

Try to remember that every mode has it’s distinctive flavor. And it’s usually just one or two notes (intervals) that create that distinctive flavor. It’s these notes that you should try to recognize. For example, if you listen to Sting’s « when we dance »; at first it just sounds like a basic major-scale sound, but then he sings that #4 and everything just changes. Just that one note gives the whole song a different feel and flavor. And this is important: each mode has a different spice or flavor to it, and they often have an effect on our emotions. Movie composers know that well, and have been using changing modes to play with or heighten our emotions since the beginning of cinema.

If you decide to jump ahead and look at other modes, don’t forget about context! It’s good to know what scale each mode is derived from, but remember that if you’re playing mode X (that is related to or derived from mode Y) that you should be hearing an X tonality (try a drone on X), and not Y. If you’re hearing Y as the tonal center while trying to play mode X, then you’re just wasting your time.

As stated before, listening and recognizing are crucial. Record yourself playing different modes and see if you can tell which one is being played and where the characteristic notes are. Also, a good way of seeing if you have understood something is to try to explain it to others. So go and find someone patient (preferably a musician) and see if you can teach them what you’ve learned.

Prerequisites of Whey Protein Isolate You Should Be Aware of?

What is Whey Protein Isolate?

Whey protein isolate is a pure form of protein made by separating whey from milk. This cheese product does not contain lactose, carbohydrates, fat and cholesterol. The unique feature of whey is that it is a dietary supplement that is easily absorbed by our body when consumed. Whey protein isolate has a very rich concentration of branched chain amino acids. It accumulates in our muscles and helps as fuel for our muscles to function. It stimulates protein synthesis significantly.

Does whey alone work?

  • Whey protein alone is a great choice for athletes as it is easily digested by our body.

  • It converts the catabolic state of our muscles into an anabolic state.

  • Interestingly, whey protein isolate is also used as an infant formula to provide optimal growth and development. For them, it is a natural source of amino acids.

  • It is another popular choice for adults and they use it in the form of beverages, dairy products, fortified proteins, processed snacks, cereals and food products.

Whey protein isolate and its Composition:

Whey Isolate contains Beta-Lactoglobulin, Alpha-Lactolbumin, Bovine Serum Albumin and Immunoglobulin. It is made up of ninety percent protein. The Glutamine present in it helps in the recovery of body tissues. It is a rich source of other amino acids.

Production of whey isolate:

  • Ion Exchange method in addition to concentration and spray drying.

  • Microfiltration is combined with ultra-filtration and sequential spray drying.

Best Whey Isolate and its notable benefits:

  • Weight Loss: Whey Protein Isolates are rich in leucine, milk calcium and bioactive peptides. They maintain lean muscles and help in shedding more kilos as they have thermic effects.

  • Anti-cancer properties: Research says whey protein kelps in treating cancer and shows promising results.

  • Low Cholesterol: British Journal of Nutrition states that there is a significant decrease in LDL cholesterol after 12 weeks of regular consumption.

  • Asthma: Common in treating asthma and developing individual immunity. The children showed a better response to the cytokine in terms of health after one month of taking it. Data is supported by International Journal of Food Science and Nutrition.

  • Cardiovascular Treatment: Drinks containing whey protein isolate lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients and therefore the risk of heart attack decreases.

  • HIV patients: It helps a lot in preventing weight loss in HIV patients.

  • Wound Healing: Heals wounds and injuries by using amino acids which are building proteins as they regenerate new skin.

  • Physical Performance: Strongly developed and well defined. It improves our body composition and improves sports performance.

  • Diabetes: With the high biological value of healthy proteins, we prevent diabetes.

  • Healthy Aging: Treats muscle wasting and other serious health issues. It provides good nutrition to our body which maintains strength and healthy muscle function as we age.

Side Effects of Whey Isolate Protein:

  • People who are allergic to milk should not use it.

Finding Your Tribe of Like-Minded Women Using Online Methods to Meet Off-Line For Social Networking

Have you ever felt like you are alone in your world?

Are you the only person you know in your circle of friends, who is interested in something?

Do you feel like you are different from the people you know around you?

Are you an inspired female entrepreneur who wants to meet other women in business who are creating successful businesses and making good money living their passions?

If you can answer “yes” to any of the above then you are probably looking for a social networking group for women, a club for women only or a circle of entertainment for women only.

These special groups started in many different areas of interest. Finding your tribe is now very easy with the internet. You can search Google and find a tribe you would like to join and network, learn and connect with like minded people like you weekly or monthly. Members of these groups join because they want their tribe to feel united and grow together.

Women’s networking groups spring up all over the UK and it is estimated that there are around 700 women’s only groups in the UK alone. If you’ve been feeling alone and wanted to share your passions or hobbies with like-minded people in your area and haven’t found a group that feels like your tribe, keep looking. If you haven’t found one yet, maybe you can set one up. They are easy to set up and there are simple tools you can use to attract people to your group using online methods to build relationships, start a dialogue and then you can arrange to meet offline in a cafe, restaurant or club to communicate and network.

With the downturn in the British economy many women are looking for financial stability and if they become unemployed they are turning to other ways of making money for financial security. It is also when women start looking for their tribes. Women want to be with other women with whom they feel connected. Often changing careers or becoming redundant seems to be the time when women start to express their passions, personal skills and passions to start generating income and starting a business.

Finding your tribe online and being accepted into a group where women want to help each other grow and develop and have the opportunity to network with each other is a great formula for a great networking group. Being able to have great coaching by the team’s founder and other motivational guest speakers at monthly events is a great way to feel like you’re in the right place. If you’ve ever wondered where such people live and you’re ready to get out there and make lasting relationships and connections, then I urge you to start searching for your nation today. Follow your passion and take action to do something that will make a difference in your life.

If after doing a lot of research to find your tribe without success you can always set one, this is what I did. I started my own online/offline networking group for female entrepreneurs and it has grown from strength to strength. You get a great deal of purpose every day by providing exactly what your tribe needs. Do your research and aim to deliver as much as you can and beyond, you will find great enjoyment in leading and supporting a team. Privacy provides a great place for women to feel free to meet other women who are like them and share a common goal or interest.

Women only networking groups are very popular at the moment and it is also a growing area. As women seem to share the same business and ethics when it comes to business communication in a feminine way that is what women want. Many people are confused as to why there are so many women only networking groups out there at the moment. The women I spoke with all chose to network in business at women-only events because they recognized that women communicate differently.

Women really want to be understood and when that happens a meeting of minds, passion and power happens. This enables the overall networking experience to produce the results that everyone wants or desires, thus creating a win-win solution for both parties.

Finding your tribe is not easy. Although once you start your quest to find your tribe, you will find your tribe of people doing exactly what you do or want to do.

So, take the initiative and start searching for your nation today. Whether you like knitting, scrap booking, baking cookies, biking, salsa dancing, starting a business or online marketing. I guarantee it’s just a few clicks. If you know how to use a computer all the tools are there to find your tribe today. All you have to do is group the keyword in your interest, interest or hobby, enter your site and watch the search results appear on your screen as if by magic. Always check the comments on the group’s website to see if there are comments from its members reporting about the group and its events to get a feel for the type of people who attend the events. Attend a few events and prepare to be educated, empowered and enriched by the experience. Above all else make sure you have a lot of fun with your tribe.

Geometry Solvers Online – A Reliable Way to Learn Geometry

Geometry is one of the most interesting branches of mathematics, given its visual appeal and the spatial reasoning challenge it poses to students. Learning geometry is certainly not as difficult as learning algebra or calculus, for example, but there are a few challenges to keep students on their toes.

Students studying geometry learn to calculate the area, volume, area, and perimeter of common geometric shapes. This involves memorizing a bunch of formulas for each shape and knowing when to use them. Geometry itself is very simple but the questions can be tricky and are designed to test how students can use their knowledge to fit the given data.

Practice in geometry is important if you want to do well in it. It is also the most efficient way to learn all those formulas. Practicing math problems has never been a favorite homework activity among students, so think about ways to motivate yourself to stick with it. An easy start ensures that students stay on track and are not fed up quickly. Set a modest goal of two or three challenges a day and be prepared. Or practice with a friend so you can learn together and help each other. Just make sure you don’t spend time studying doing anything other than geometry.

Diagrams are an important part of geometry problems so spend some time learning how to draw a decent diagram. This will serve as a great reference and you will find that you can find the solution quickly. After sketching, mark the dimensions given in the question on your rough sketch. This way you have all the data in one place and you know what to calculate.

For students who find geometry completely fiendish, help is right at their fingertips. Online geometry solvers are a great way to study and improve your understanding of the subject, not to mention your grades. Find hundreds of qualified assistants on math help sites, at affordable prices. Online geometry help is very good and easy to access. Any student with a computer and an internet connection can log in to get all the help they need, any time of the day or night.

Students will have access to a wide variety of problems and worksheets to sharpen their geometry skills. Online whiteboards, games and quizzes, and mock tests are some of the services students will find very useful when studying online.

Are The Molecular Formulas For Amino Acids The Same Summer Carp Bait And Top Fishing Secrets!

You are searching about Are The Molecular Formulas For Amino Acids The Same, today we will share with you article about Are The Molecular Formulas For Amino Acids The Same was compiled and edited by our team from many sources on the internet. Hope this article on the topic Are The Molecular Formulas For Amino Acids The Same is useful to you.

Summer Carp Bait And Top Fishing Secrets!

Revealed here is a taste of powerful edges that you can exploit to catch many times more fish including far more big fish too! Summer means raised fish activity and faster metabolism and digestion and we can exploit fish behaviours through the manipulation of very special bait substances added to any ready made bait or included within homemade baits. It is often not simply what you use but how you use it that makes a massive difference to your catch rates!

You probably use ready made baits most of the time, but maybe hope to find little edges of your own to make them perform that bit better, or maybe you are keen to make your own homemade baits that will out-fish readymade baits. Most anglers use ready made boilies or pellets for example in very similar ways in summer or winter. Most anglers seem to think like anglers instead of like carp and this is just one factor I have noticed over my 30 plus years fishing for big carp. Yet thinking like carp is the key to greatest success!

So how does this type of thinking produce greatest success in terms of using baits and bait substances that make a far greater impact upon fish feeding and even powerfully conditioning fish uniquely onto your baits as opposed to competing baits? There is an angler who has promoted himself very widely in many angling publications etc named Ian Chillcott. He is an angler who is not exactly that sophisticated when it comes to bait, and what I infer here is that he tends to use ready made bait supplied by bait companies and puts his faith in their knowledge, experience and insights about substances and how they manipulate and exploit fish sensory systems, and many other factors.

Many people follow this and other high profile anglers by copying their every word but the bigger picture is what really matters. Experience counts for much in fishing, but to put blind faith in something you do not truly understand is simply not the best route to the greatest results. You can put blind faith in bait and then never know just how much better you can achieve, even if your readymade baits appear to be successful! When an angler gives up using boilies and starts using maggots it is a sure sign they do not know how to make bait substances beat maggots, because after maggots have ejected their ammonia and have inevitably slowed their movements and drowned they have very little stimulation and attraction left to offer compared to a far superior purpose designed homemade bait within reach of anyone with enough of the right knowledge as you will discover for yourself!

Most average anglers simply do not realise that they can catch at least 4 times as many fish if they truly understood fish externally and internally and understood far more about the fact that fish are literally bathed at all times in an electrically charged solution to which they are acutely attuned and are sensitized to tiny changes occurring which may offer a vast array of potential food opportunities or threats!

Any heated bait that breaks down into solution by perhaps 12 to 18 hours, 24 hours or longer is not optimised bait at all. Think about it. Fish are surrounded by a multitude of substances in solution all the time. This may be regarded as smoke or background clutter that can mask potential impacts of many of your bait substances leaching from your readymade baits. For example there is dissolved ammonia (ammonium) leaching from decaying leaves and other detritus (or chod,) there are minerals and so on in solution in the water that actually in effect turn lake water etc into an electrolyte. This is important to realise as you can manipulate and exploit this in your own ways!

Then you have all the wriggling moving and live organisms in the water, perhaps zooplankton in the top and middle layers of the water, and of course all the various forms of algeas that colour the water and bloom in warmer temperatures, but which are the incredibly nutritionally rich basic food source of carp besides the minerals they absorb through their skin from the water surrounding them, plus other sources etc.

Many anglers doing fancy articles describing typical chod rigs and stiff rigs with perfectly round pop up boilies in clear water tanks have most likely forgotten that in most feeding situations the fanning of the water by carp clouds the water in the immediate vicinity of baits. Even in the clearer water and over the cleaner gravel bottom of Horseshoe Lake where the under water Korda videos were filmed you can see that the fish feeding on the free baits cloud up the water immediately around baits.

Now here is just little tip just to show you how to think like a fish and exploit this to your unique advantage. Thus far I have painted a picture of how fish live in a world that is constantly changing where the changing levels of dissolved carbon dioxide, (carbonic acid) and different levels of amines and other acids and alkaline substances, mineral salts and so on are all being detected by carp senses by all their sensory systems simultaneously. It is vitally important to exploit as many sensory systems as possible simultaneously in order to fully overcome natural fish caution, and doing this correctly in effect makes your baits addictive and strongly habit forming.

I know of no ready made bait that actually does this adequately, which is why it is possible for anyone to out-fish any ready made bait by making uniquely potently active (and biologically active,) unusually water reactive, highly soluble homemade baits. I have been a field tester for many companies over the years, Rod Hutchinson included. I am a consultant for CC Moore and other bait companies so I have been able to develop some pretty deep insights into the actual comparative performance of ready made baits and individual bait substances applied in a variety of unusual ways.

My specialty is homemade baits of very unusual and surprisingly creative formats and designs made very differently to those advertised in flashy magazines. Some my homemade baits are extremely work intensive and take layer upon layer of preparation and practical processing to achieve the desired active and bioactive effects on carp and desired optimum concentrated levels of bait substances in solution. I have still to find a ready made bait I cannot top in terms of potency of impacts by leveraging and harnessing water reactivity. Making baits react with water so that they impact on carp senses and biological systems in simultaneous ways to the degree that these completely alter fish behaviours and modes of feeding in your unique favour is the goal.

Carp respond and react as much to changes in the water that literally surrounds them, as much as actual stimuli in water intended to effect a change. I wonder just how many anglers really understand how various forms of the awesome fish feeding triggering betaines react with water. This is something very much worth discovering, and I have indeed written a 100 page book on betaines such is their power. The fact is that electrical exchange of particles of molecules of water in reaction with any bait substance is critical to the success of that bait substance and the initial degree that fish feeding is achieved via external and internal sensory systems and other biofeedback impulses and stimuli within fish.

The second stage is how fish in response to detected stimuli actually release hormones, amino acids etc in the brain and how these switch on moods and physical activities ranging from gulping of the water, to full on head butting of the lake bed, or even simply traveling 50 metres following the concentration gradient of substances becoming solution leaching from a baited area.

So many factors come into play in the bigger picture of how carp live and how we can apply all these in catching more fish, by thinking like a fish. I know you want a few tips in how to improve your bait performance. Many of you use a tub with spikes inside to crush boilies, pellets and so on to make a coarse or fine meal or powder to use in your water soluble bags and webs made from polyvinyl acetate. The use of powders in such soluble bags etc to deliver soluble stimulation and attraction to the water column is successful and that is well known and applied in action by many anglers today. However I will question very seriously the actual potency of crushing boilies and pellets for this purpose.

The reason I question is very obvious and I hope that by now in reading this you have you carp thinking brain in gear and well and truly turned on! Boilies and pellets are machine formed, and rolled or extruded and cut, and then heated, maybe even coated in oils or soaked in glugs or dips. But the fact remains that these have been heated and will not form the most potent and most impactfully concentrated solution of stimuli in water. In effect using the ground up boilie and ground up pellet approach is a second rate method. It simply does not deliver maximum potential impacts via the water column nor into solution that will surround and envelope carp so promoting the most powerful feeding frenzy possible.

Heated boilies and pellets act in water like someone smoking a joint standing next to you. The smoke rises and spreads and you can detect it via the air molecules impacting your sensory receptors. But what I am talking about is surrounding carp in a cloud of stimuli that lingers and keeps being refreshed by further concentrations of solution around them, much like standing right next to a massive smoking bonfire surrounding you with smoke, or like being in the middle of a steam room where you are imbibed with the stimuli of burning coals and steam entering your pores.

I am talking about fish being surrounded by intense stimuli constantly and not simply being aware of a few plumes of attraction from scattered and soon washed out baits, whether spod mix, ground bait, boilies or pellets etc.

The average angler expects miracles from the baits they use, because they do not understand them in terms of how water reacts with their individual and combined components, and how these in solution impact upon carp in multiple ways on a multitude of levels internally and externally.

Thinking like a carp involves imagining that you are like a swimming tongue. You are directly in contact with food signals via receptors packed in the skin on your face, your nostrils, lips, plate, throat, digestive canal, fins, lateral line, belly etc. Most anglers seem to think of baits as something to be tasted or smelled, but carp are very different. They have an ancient brain, short digestive tract, and different nervous connection to different brain areas and so on, and operate naturally in stimulating solution and not in air. Do not think like a human in air but like a fish in water. This is central to thinking about how to improve your baits.

Years ago many anglers used trout pellets as loose feed. Indeed spodding out pellets as loose feed and using trout pellet paste and trout pellet boilies was a successful method. However, in the cauldron of competitive angling you need to improve beyond the current level of performance and this means developing your own understanding. I took some risks in terms of experimenting with baits that were not cooked and without fail these baits always out-performed all the cooked boilies and pellets made by bait manufacturers. I was exploiting the fact that fish live in solution!

I remember the first day it occurred to me to crush and over-flavour my homemade boilies. This was in the late nineteen eighties when most anglers were still using round boilies as loose feed as beds of bait. Some were soaking their hook baits in extra liquid substances to boost results. Instead I crushed my baits and soaked the coarse bait in liquid stimulants of many forms. My catch rate quadrupled instantly, and the results meant I could fish anywhere, even massive lakes like Lake Salagou and know I could pull in and stimulate fish from a range and concentrate them in my swim.

However, the big question was not making bait substances become concentrated solution, but which substances and which combinations promoted the most intensive and most beneficial feeding responses in my unique favour. I say this because I had various bait companies beginning to grow up in my local area including mainline and Nash, but then again fishing against and out-fishing such readymade baits was never a problem anyway.

In a way, the moment you think like a fish and stop having a mental paradigm of baits as a concept or format such as a round or barrel shaped boilie or pellet, or indeed any fine powder PVA bag mix or spod or slop mix with whatever particles and pellets etc, then you open and free your mind to thinking the right way round. Be the fish you are dreaming of catching by imagining all the potential sensations that your baits will deliver internally and externally in solution, and how these might make you feel inside. This method is an easy way to practice this insight. Do not think about bait in terms of the idea that a fish gets fed up eating beef and fancies and ice cream instead. This type of thinking is meaningless misguided and even infantile.

Think receptors, think about these senses opening and closing and turning on and off like switches. Remember that one of the limitations of highly nutritional baits is that once fish have received enough nutrition from them maybe even from consuming a mixture of competing baits, then they will no longer require that nutrition and so these baits will be far less effective in various ways.

What becomes solution or at least very partially solution better when you compare a dry pellet to one that has been soaked in hot liquid foods? I mention this because for years the average angler was using dry pellets simply because he was copying other anglers and this was the way these were used. I never met another angler who thought like a fish and turned those pellets into a highly soluble paste type of thick slurry and benefited massively by doing this and thinking like a fish instead of an angler!

You have to at some stage experiment and stop copying others and I for one really recommend you empower yourself by being different bearing in mind that you need to think different thoughts in order to do things differently. Some things you try will go directly against all preconditioned dominant thought attitudes, opinions and even supposed logic. Carp break rules all the time. They are dynamically evolving creatures so fully exploit this fact instead of brainlessly following what the herd all read and copy in magazines!

Baits are about far more besides merely nutritional bait theory. You do not need protein to catch carp, and you can make carp addicted to bait even when no protein is present. Although amino acids are the building blocks of vital proteins, amino acids and enzymes etc essential for a carp to live other factors are just as important in the competitive world of catching carp and exploiting the potential of actions of bait substances. Just remember that proteins work by being in solution, in short chains, very small molecules capable of being easily dissolved and easily digested and assimilated through the carp digestive tract wall. Low molecular weight substances appear in reams of lists of successful carp bait substances I could mention.

But bait does not have to be too complicated that just trying to decipher the mysteries of enzymes and amino acids turns your head to mush! Think like a carp and do all you can to learn about them. Sadly the general level of insight is pretty low judging from the usual carp magazine standards, and those who really do know carp in a profound way usually have a scientific background and not an ex-sea fisherman or railway worker or bin man, plasterer or whatever.

In writing my own ebooks even with help of PhD biochemists, electrochemists, marine biologists, nutrition experts, flavorists and so on, the picture is still very difficult to understand clearly. Few scientific absolutes exist in carp fishing when it comes to bait substances and baits because the number of variables to overcome and control are so numerous when real time fishing scenarios.

Also each and every carp is a unique genetically different dynamically evolving individual. Fish respond to all that impacts them in their environment so just as in quantum physics just the act of fishing for them, or observing them can skew results and muddle conclusions about many things carp do and why this is. Many remarks about the behaviour of carp in response to baits and rigs in underwater videos such as the Korda ones are obviously very vacuous and misleading and really require an over-haul!

Summer is often thought of by anglers as hot air and warm sun. But think about summer from the senses of a fish and you will be sensing oxygen saturation in terms of energy efficiency of your body and you will avoid areas of water with high carbonic acid concentrations. So you will spend much more time in shallow water and top and middle water layers and avoid colder water layers in certain conditions and winds. Even view winds for what they really are in electrical terms as charged particles that mix with water molecules.

As a carp you would be sensing the concentrations of zooplankton concentrations in mid water and the wriggling of bloodworm sticking out of their holes in the bottom sediment, and knowing the concentrations of snails and snail eggs and snails and mussels in aquatic weeds that oxygenate the water and provide shelter. There is far more to this picture but this is a taste. Details of bait recipes, ingredients, additives etc are secondary to understanding fish. Fish understanding is the starting point not ingredients! Once you understand fish externally and internally to a good degree and how water has such a significant part in the whole equation of bait reactivity etc then you can really make some good baits that easily out-fish readymade baits!

All the significant aspects of digestibility and solubility of winter bait substances are actually incredibly effective in summer temperatures. It might be a surprise to know that those ready made and homemade baits you might rate as top winter baits are actually best in summer when adapted using extra components and substances to take advantage of warmer water temperatures and increased fish metabolism etc.

All it takes is to think like a carp and see the bigger picture by learning more about carp and developing your own understanding. The secret of success is in empowering yourself, just as the saying goes: knowledge is power!

If you are intending to forget all you have just read and simply go on using ready made baits with an average angler herd mentality type of relatively closed mindset then expect the merely average results or even lack of success that herd mentality brings. The choice is free and it is yours to make right now; will you decide to open your mind and reap the huge rewards of getting the bigger picture? Revealed in my unique readymade bait and homemade bait carp and catfish bait secrets ebooks is far more powerful information look up my unique website (Baitbigfish) and see my biography below for details of my ebooks deals right now!

Buffalo Technology DriveStation Axis 1TB Review

Buffalo Technology DriveStation Axis 1TB is a family of external desktop hard drives that offer high performance and easy-to-use storage. It easily connects to your computer for additional storage or downloading of data files, video, music and photos. Buffalo has a rich suite of software tools designed to enhance PC performance.

The Buffalo Hard Drive not only stores and stores your data easily but also transfers various files, including multimedia files that are too large to fit on a USB stick. It simply plugs the hard drive into your computer and automatically installs on Windows 2000, XP, or OS-X computers. The Fanless Heat Sink Chassis design allows the DriveStation to run cool and quiet.

The storage device can be placed vertically or horizontally on the desktop. There’s no cooling fan, although there’s clearly a slot for one, so you’ll need to store the disc in a well-ventilated area.

When connected over USB3, the Buffalo DriveStation ran through our file transfer tests, writing large files at 105MB/s and reading at less than 152MB/s, making this one of the fastest external drives we’ve seen. It wasn’t quite a table runner when it came to small files, but it was still faster than average with a small file write speed of 31MB/s and a read speed of 42.2MB/s.
