It’s not fully integrated yet, but you use the skill successfully.

Ignorant skill is a skill level, where you use skills automatically. Now they are part of your daily life and you don’t have to think about them. These days you can start a car, change your cell phone, look at a map, in the dark, in the snow, and not blink an eye! You will never find yourself putting the car key in the ignition and then wondering “Now how does this thing work again?” It’s automatic.

Imagine then, if you could skip all that effort, and make a quantum jump – by going straight to Unconscious Competence. How? Train the unconscious mind. It’s fast and shaves years off your learning curve! Think about the possibilities for a moment”¦

All Training must train the subconscious mind of the audience to make changes. If you train their Conscious minds then they will not keep it for long, and they will go back to their old ways. Isn’t that the problem with most training courses? They go mental for a few days and then the bubble bursts and they’re back to square one. Or worse, because they spent all that money on that team building event and now they’re even more disappointed and cynical.

We operate on unconscious desires and compulsions, and filter information heavily, and unconsciously.
