Breathe in for 1 count

Hold for 4 counts

Breathe out for 2 counts

For example – if you were to breathe in for two seconds, you would hold your breath for eight seconds and then breathe out for four.

Try to follow through with more than 20 stretches. If you will follow it three times a day then you will feel an increase in your energy and physical strength.

We should all practice deep breathing every day. It doesn’t take much of your time, you can do it anytime and it’s free.
