10 Pillars For Organisational Success

In order for any organization or business to be successful, it is necessary to ensure that it continues to achieve the goals that are directly related to the vision of the founder. In this article I share with you what I will call “Beyond the Marketing Mix.” We explore some of the pillars that will set your business up for greatness. These are essential for any budding or established entrepreneur. After studying business and starting my own business ventures, I know that I have the power to set others up for success. I can’t claim success because of the amount of money in my bank statement but those are the people who will find success through my writing and teachings.

Below are a few tools that are essential to your organization’s success

PRODUCT (Quality of Service delivery). There are many people who provide the services you offer. What will keep people coming your way is the quality of your product. When customers finally get to the point where they expect consistency in quality then you know you’ve caught them.

PEOPLE (Attitude) – I have mentioned this before that the attitude of your employee will easily set the Altitude where your business stands. The attitude of the worker, to each other, to the customers and of course towards the person in charge of the vision.

PURPOSE (VISION, Commitment, and Values etc.) – When a business is not clear about why it exists then lasting success is inevitable. Clearly distill and zero in on why the business exists. I’ve seen enough business flounder and eventually falter because people now know them as “jack of all trades”. It is known for that product line. When you hear Microsoft you immediately think of software, when you hear Toyota you don’t think of air buses but cars…. the list goes on.

PROFITABILITY (Pricing policy, operations, accounting) – Failure to carefully plan your prices can make you lose out to the competition. You need to set the price to a level where you can stay competitive while still being profitable. After all, your business must be profitable if it is to grow and maintain its existence.

PLANNING (Preparations) – We have discussed this before but I will mention that it is sad that we spend a lot of energy trying to implement without a clear plan and the results are visible to all. A lot of time, energy, space is wasted simply because we don’t spend enough time planning. You will realize that the more time you spend planning, the less time you spend executing.

STOPPING – How do we compare with others in the market. According to the list, where is our organization. What niche are we targeting? Are we placed in pole position or as number 2? Our business does not exist in a vacuum or in its own place.

PRINCIPLE based leadership – The success of any organization depends on how the leadership adheres to the best practices in leadership and the direction of the organization’s processes. When you run your business in a chaotic manner, your results are predictable, disruptive results. Adhere to principles such as rewarding high performers, managing with focus and moving towards remote control. Absentee Leadership Syndrome is a common phenomenon in today’s business and industry. In the desire to make extra money, many leaders run side businesses that jeopardize the progress of the organizations.

Marketing mix plays a vital role in our success – Check it out Pthe way, Price, Pmoving together Place

Like you Pstick to Business, understand you want yours Pyes to Pof course Padjust and Pas soon as possible Plan for Pworking together Pquality roduct so Popen your own business Pflexibility.

I almost finished this but thought I’d say: Puse your goals, Pyour lace Ppriorities correctly, run your own Pbased on rockets Pprinciple and best Prace.
