During Christmas vacation in Colorado, my family and I decided to go to the local hot spots. It was just what we needed to warm our bones in the cold from being outside all day skiing. There were people of all shapes and sizes. What I noticed that I noticed in almost every woman and teenage girl was the appearance of cellulite on her thighs. American doctors consider this type of fat as a problem, but do not treat it as a “joint tissue disease” as the European medical community does.
Cellulite is a gel-like substance made of fat, toxic waste and water trapped between fibrous tissues just below the surface of the skin. Cellulite is primarily a problem for women because of the high percentage of fatty tissue in women and because of the greater thickness of the skin. A layer of fat under the skin appears between this fibrous muscle causing “fat swelling” in the subcutaneous layer. In a healthy woman without cellulite, fat will remain in the dermal layer. This problem occurs when the blood vessels shrink and deprive the skin of essential nutrients. Second, fats bind together and bind to proteins. 7. Take saunas and hot baths regularly. The most important secret of cellulite detoxification is heating and breaking fat deposits. Warming up promotes detoxification and increases your metabolism and circulation. After a hot bath, you should press and twist the thighs and buttocks with your thumb and first two fingers. Do this gently, but firmly. By doing this, you break down the fats and distribute them in the blood. Then, use strong strokes to the heart to move the blood and lymph. You can use a dry, vegetable brush for this part. If you don’t have access to a sauna, hot tubs are amazing. Add essential oils like juniper, grapefruit and rosemary to stimulate the liver and detoxify. Other additives may include Epsom salt and baking soda. Use two cups of Epsom salt and one cup of baking soda in the bath. Epsom salt flushes out toxins from the body while baking soda alkalinizes the system. Simmer for twenty minutes until tender. When you get out of the bath, massage your stomach, buttocks and thighs, then relax. Do this at least three times a week.
